What “semi-finished” means
Stone pieces that are already cut or partly finished, rather than fabricated to your project’s exact measurements. Size and condition vary piece to piece.
Who it suits
Can be a fit for builders, flippers, and budget-minded projects where a fully custom slab isn’t needed. Whether a specific piece works for your project depends on its size, condition, and your layout — worth checking in person.
What “as-is” means
Priced for clearance and sold in its current condition — what you see is what you get. Inspect a piece in person before you buy, since clearance stock isn’t fabricated or finished to order.
