Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

H & E Building Material Corp does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use ad-platform pixels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) at this time. This page exists so that California, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar-state residents can formally exercise their statutory opt-out right and have a verifiable record of doing so.

Two ways to opt out

1. Global Privacy Control (instant)

The fastest way is to enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We honor the GPC signal as a valid opt-out for residents of California, Colorado, and Connecticut without requiring you to submit a form. GPC is supported by Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo Browser, and several extensions for Chrome and Safari. See globalprivacycontrol.org for setup instructions.

2. Submit a formal request (verified, on record)

To submit a formal Do-Not-Sell-or-Share request that we respond to in writing, choose one of these channels:

• Email: stoneprohubinc@gmail.com — subject line: "Do Not Sell or Share Request". Include your full legal name, your state of residence, the email address and phone number you have used with us (so we can match records), and a statement that you are opting out.
• Phone: (832) 569-8899 during showroom hours, Mon–Sat 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Central. Tell our team it is a Do-Not-Sell privacy request.
• Mail:Attn: Privacy Request, H & E Building Material Corp, 11768 Clay Rd, Houston, TX 77043.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request in writing within 10 business days.
• We verify your identity by matching the contact details you give us against records we already hold. If we cannot verify, we will tell you what additional information we need.
• We complete the opt-out within 45 days of receipt (extendable once by 45 more days for complex requests, with notice to you).
• We will not discriminate against you in any way for exercising this right. Your access to our products, pricing, service speed, and showroom remain unchanged.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you and proof of their identity. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

Other state-level rights

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states give you additional rights including the right to know, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and submission instructions for each right.
